After years of being active in the hospitality industry in Belgium, it was time to realize our French dream: chambre d'hôtes, table d'hôtes and gîtes.
An estate nestled on the edge of Château Garnier (86350) and located in the south of the 'Vienne' department proved to be the ideal location.
The farm has a rich history.
The Loubersac family milked cows, stabled horses and pigs, but took care of them
mainly concerned with animal health.
We would like to welcome you with Belgian hospitality in one of our rooms, which were named after the dairy cows that lived in the current stables in 1972.
There was hard work, harvesting, but above all living and celebrating.
And let the living and celebrating be a tradition that we want to continue.
In addition to an extensive continental breakfast, we offer the possibility to dine with us in the evening.

Our rooms / gite
All rooms are completely renovated and tastefully decorated. Each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning.
Our rooms are available from 2 nights.
For a single night you can fill in the contact form and then we will see what the possibilities are.
Pets are not allowed.

What to do!
Walking / cycling
The winding paths between the vast fields and forests invite every sports enthusiast. Marked out walking routes or rather by mountain bike through the woods ... something for everyone!
If you would also like to take a walk through beautifully landscaped gardens and parks, then this is a selection from the possibilities around our domain:

If you bring a bicycle, we can store it safely for you!
Local markets
Within a radius of 10 kilometers are numerous picturesque villages with their typical cafes and restaurants. There are several local markets every week.

Spotting animals
Nature lovers will certainly find what they are looking for in the Vienne .. deer, squirrels, foxes, martens, buzzards ... numerous animals to spot in their natural habitat around our domain.
Also worth a visit:
- La vallée des Singes (Romagne): a monkey zoo where 450 primates live in a vast open environment. (20 min drive)
- Terre de dragons (Chiveaux): crocodile zoo (30 min drive)
- Géants de ciel (Chauvigny): a real birds of prey show in the medieval part of the city (44 min drive)

If you feel like looking up from the hustle and bustle, you can let yourself go completely in the cities of Poitiers, Limoges, Angouleme, Niort

- château de Rochechouart: castle located between Angoûleme and Limoges with a Modern Art exhibition (60min drive)
- musée de l'amande et du macaron (Montmorillon): in the artistic, picturesque village center it is wonderful to stroll before or after a visit to the museum (50 min drive)
- musée de la bande dessinée (Angoûleme) (70 min drive)
- le cormerier (Champniers): a journey through time! Ideal to visit with children. A fun, interactive museum about the evolution of all kinds of utensils. (15 min drive)
- Village Gaulois de Coriobona (Esse): a recreated Gallo-Roman village, ideal to visit with children.

In de zomer van 2022 waren we de allereerste gasten, WAAAW!
Onder de indruk. Want wij weten welke metamorfose er met dit pareltje is gebeurd. Het harde werk heeft geloond en het resultaat mag gezien worden.
